Review Insight Labs operates on a minimum-data, zero-trace philosophy. We collect only what is required to deliver analysis and delete raw datasets as quickly as operationally possible.

Note: Only Indian UPI-based transactions are supported.
We use professional-tier AI tools through secure, non-persistent sessions.
- Stateless Processing: All analysis is conducted in "Incognito/Temporary" modes. We do not maintain a chat history on AI servers.
- No Training: We explicitly opt-out of data training. Your datasets are never used to train, improve, or "seed" global AI models.
- Instant Purge: Data exists within the AI environment only for the active duration of the analysis. Once the session is closed, the AI "forgets" the data immediately.
4. Data Retention & Deletion
- AI Processing Layer: All data is processed in a stateless environment and purged immediately upon session termination.
- Analysis Data: To ensure absolute privacy, all uploaded datasets and generated reports are permanently purged 30 days after delivery. Please ensure you download and secure your report within this window.
- Account Metadata: We retain your Client ID, Email, and UTR records for 180 days from your most recent transaction. This period facilitates accounting, dispute resolution, and credit management under guardian oversight.
- System Maintenance: Accounts with no activity for 180 consecutive days are purged. Returning after this period will require the generation of a new Client ID to restart the onboarding protocol.
5. Client Responsibilities
- Role: You are the Data Controller; we are the Data Processor.
- Requirement: You must remove all Personally Identifiable Information (PII)โnames, phone numbers, emailsโbefore submission.
- Indemnity: We cannot guarantee protection of PII submitted contrary to these instructions.
Review Insight Labs is operated by Siddhant Jain (Minor). Financial operations and data compliance are supervised by a Legal Guardian (Raj Kumar Jain) to ensure professional standards and legal accountability.
- Service Identity: "Review Insight Labs" is a trade name for services provided by the owner. Personal social media presence does not constitute a secure workflow; do not share confidential datasets via social platforms.
7. Your Legal Rights & Grievances
Under the Data Protection Act, you have the right to:
- Access & Summary: Request a summary of the data we hold (e.g., your credit balance).
- Correction/Erasure: Request correction of inaccurate data or early erasure of files.
- Withdraw Consent: Stop processing at any time (note: work already begun is non-refundable).
- Grievance: File a grievance with the Data Protection Board of India if issues are not resolved.

- Guardian Oversight: As the provider is a minor, all data requests and grievances are reviewed by the Legal Guardian (Raj Kumar Jain) to ensure full compliance with the DPDPA 2025.
8. Force Majeure & Security
We apply reasonable safeguards, including restricted access and secure handling. However, we are not liable for delays or incidents caused by failures of third-party AI providers, banking infrastructure, or other force majeure events beyond our control.
